Freshness checks

Listings are re-checked on a recurring schedule. Public pages are meant to show when a link was last checked and whether it still appears live.

Owner verification

Admins can prove control of a listing through a time-limited verification flow. Verification confirms control of the listing, not endorsement of its content.

Moderation queue

New submissions, suspicious edits, and user reports are reviewed before or after publication depending on the severity of the issue.

Removal routes

Spam, dead links, rights-holder requests, and privacy concerns each have separate handling paths so urgent cases can move faster.

Listings begin in review states or enter automated checks before they earn public trust signals.

Crawler results, report volume, ownership status, and obvious policy violations all influence whether a listing stays visible.

Temporary hiding when needed

Listings with multiple unresolved reports or strong abuse signals can be hidden while a human review is pending.

Restore, refresh, or remove

Owners can refresh valid links, moderators can restore cleared listings, and unsafe or dead listings can be removed from public discovery.

Standard reports

Dead links, spam, and wrong-category issues are typically reviewed within 48 hours.

Urgent removals

Rights-holder and privacy-related takedown requests are prioritized over general cleanup.

Owner fixes

Owners who refresh or claim valid listings can often resolve stale-link issues faster than general review queues.
